Addictive fun game, worst customer service in the world
My daughter fell in love with this game. We have spent a lot of money for in-app purchase. Once we bought a big combo package including a dragon, 1900 gems, gold and food. All arrived to her account, but after signing-in with her Facebook account, half of gems, gold and food disappeared. I have written dozens of emails to the customer support who used every excuse to avoid responsibility and in the end; THEY DID NOTHING. I feel cheated and I see this issue as stealing as I have not received what I paid for. This company definitely needs to take responsibility for their failures and significantly improve the way they handle communication with their customers.
