This Game is a rip off.

I keep buying gems to unlock the dessert island and everytime I do, it reloads the game and even though Ive bought the island and unlocked every piece on it and it takes the gems to pay for it, it doesnt let me use the island and locks it up again! Its driving me nuts. Ive spent over 30$ to try and get this island unlocked and it just keeps taking my money/gems.
I used to be addicted to this game but it keeps happening, and Ive tried talking to app support and Im not getting any help.
