Where are my gems?

I downloaded a game that was supposed to give me nine gems, and the game was cooking fever. Its been over a day and I still havent received them. WHERE ARE THEY??????????????
But otherwise I love this game! Also, could you find more easier ways to give us gems? Too hard to get gems.
